Add employee

Import employees from CSV

Columns: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone (optional) — any column order, header row required. Everyone is added as an employee with the default password 12345678 (they're prompted to change it on first login); promote individuals to manager afterward from the roster.

Import target headcounts from CSV

One row per date (YYYY-MM-DD), one column per 15-minute interval (00:00 through 23:45) — any column order, header row required. Importing a date replaces every value already stored for that date, including any you've hand-edited on the Target row.

Export target headcounts to CSV

Downloads one row per date in this range, in the same format Import expects. Each cell is today's effective number — whatever you've imported or hand-edited, or the current Scheduled count for anything you haven't touched — so you can edit just the cells you want to change and reimport the rest unchanged.

Export scheduled headcount as targets

Downloads one row per date in this range, in the same format Import expects — but every cell is the actual number of people currently scheduled, regardless of any target already set for that date. Handy right after building out a real schedule: export it, tweak the numbers to what staffing should actually be, then import the result as your targets.
